Evolution of the OLATU showcase limiting certain measures and options to adapt it to the supermarket sector.
90 cm internal capacity / external depth: 1.25 – 1.30 m
We make 100% handcrafted display cases that adapt to the architecture of your premises.
We can decorate it with any material so that the display case is fully integrated into your project and “disappears”, thus giving a central place to the products displayed.

Cooling system that achieves the highest percentage of humidity in an open display case.
Vertical evaporator (static cold) of 520 W / F per meter.
We use 10% of the evaporator to cool the bottom of the display case (contact cold).
Unlike ventilated systems, we “attract” air by creating a depression in the front of the window.
At the front (less aggressive cold) we absorb at a maximum speed of 0.3 m / s.
At the rear (more aggressive cold) the maximum speed is 0.2m / s.
Fan speed control via parameters related to the electronic valve, temperature and defrost.
Hybrid cold combines the strengths of each cold and eliminates the weaknesses they have separately.

We manufacture fiberglass using techniques from the shipbuilding industry.
We create a sandwich and laminate an iron exoskeleton inside which transforms it into a structural part.
We inject the interior with two-component high-density polyurethane. The result is a structural part without welds, joints or right angles.
For large and / or corner display cases, we transport them in different parts and perform polyester welding at the customer’s site. Once the “welding” is done, we perform a leak test and give a 10 year warranty.

Online monitoring system. The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 probes. (Air outlet, air inlet, evaporator inlet, evaporator outlet and fans)
The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. He accesses the software to perform a verification. If possible, we offer a solution via software. Otherwise, we call you and plan an intervention via your refrigeration specialist or directly with Cruz Cool Tech.

Control of temperature, humidity, fan speed and status of the electronic valve.
Direct access to temperature and humidity graphs.
Fan speed control via parameters related to the electronic valve, temperature and defrost.
COOLPLUS software connected to the technical service of CRUZ COOL TECH.

Thanks to the hybrid cooling system, the digital control system and the COOLPLUS software, we guarantee maximum temperature stability in an open display case.
