  • We decorate it with any material so that it fits into your project and “remains hidden”, thus giving importance to the product displayed inside

Forced Air Refrigeration System

  • Control and monitoring of the showcase via a touch screen and specific software for pastry.
  • The software controls 5 probes
  • Temperature range: -18 + 15 degrees.
  • Humidity range: 45% – 90%
  • Three types of cold systems for the same “window frame”
  • Positive cold: +1 / +15
  • Chocolate with humidity control:Between 45% and 55% with a temperature range of between  – 13 and  – 15 degrees
  • Freezing:Between  -18 and – 16 degrees

Fiberglass construction

  • We manufacture fiberglass using techniques from the shipbuilding industry.
  • We create a sandwich and laminate an iron exoskeleton inside which transforms it into a structural part.
  • We inject the interior with two-component high-density polyurethane. The result is a structural part without the use of  welds, joints or right angles.
  • For large and7or angled display cases, we transport them in different parts and perform polyester welding at the customer’s site. Once the “welding” is done, we perform a leak test and give a 10 year warranty.

Temperature and Humidity Control

  • Online monitoring system
  • The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 probes.
  • The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. We access the software and perform an analysis. If thanks to the software we can provide a solution, we call you to explain the intervention carried out.
  • If human intervention is necessary, we will contact you and plan it through your refrigerator or our factory if necessary.

COOLPLUS touch control

  • 5.5 inch touch pad.
  • Control of temperature, humidity, fan speed and status of the electronic valve.
  • Direct access to temperature and humidity graphs.
  • Fan speed control via parameters related to the electronic valve, temperature and defrost.
  • COOLPLUS software connected to the technical service of CRUZ COOL TECH.
