Hybrid Cooling System
• Refrigeration system that brings together the best of static cold, contact cold and ventilated cold (3 levels of cold in the same display case)
• Digital monitoring via 5 probes and online / offline mapping of temperature, humidity, probes, fans and electronic valve.
• Technology that separates mechanical and refrigeration parts from the polyester cases. This method makes it possible that the display case can be fully cleaned with pressurized water.
This is the refrigeration system that achieves the highest percentage of humidity in a fully open display case. Ideal for fresh products and ones which are more delicate.
Vertical evaporator (static cold) of 520 W / F per meter.
We use 10% of the evaporator to cool the bottom of the display case (contact cold).
Air circulates creating a depression in the front of the window.
Unlike ventilated systems, we “attract” air by creating a depression in the front of the window.
At the front (less aggressive cold) we absorb at a maximum speed of 0.3 m / s.
At the rear (more aggressive cold) the maximum speed is 0.2 m / s.
Hybrid cold combines the strengths of each cold and eliminates the weaknesses they have separately.
Cruz Cool Tech monitors the operation of your display case via a private connection connected to our factory.
Our hybrid cold system includes 5 probes for constant mapping which verifies that the entire system is working properly. Thanks to preset parameters, temperature and humidity is controlled. If the parameters leave the preset, an alarm is automatically triggered in the display case and in our offices.
If a probe detects a failure of a mechanical part (valves or fans), an alarm is automatically triggered in the display case and in our offices.
This technology separates mechanical and refrigeration parts from the polyester cases for quick and easy cleaning.
This ventilation system is “integral” with the exposure of the display case. When raised, we discover a polyester base built in one piece, without welds, joints or right angles.
The evaporator can never be stained, it is located vertically “behind” the exhibit.
The entire display case can be cleaned with pressurized water.
