  • We manufacture fiberglass using techniques from the shipbuilding industry. We create a sandwich and laminate an iron exoskeleton inside.
  • We inject the interior with two-component high-density polyurethane. The result is a structural part without welds, joints and right angles.
  • For soft cheeses, a humidity control of around 85% to 95% is necessary so as to age correctly.
  • Humidity control in a fully open display case is virtually impossible.As air flows are created by opening the doors, it is impossible to maintain humidity within the optimal settings for soft cheeses.
  • To solve this problem, you can add a nebulization system on the display case.
  • With our water nebulization system, even with a fully open display case, we control the humidity in the 85% to 90% range required for soft cheese.
  • Online monitoring system
  • The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 probes.
  • The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. We access the software and perform an analysis. If thanks to the software we can provide a solution, we call you to explain the intervention carried out.
  • If human intervention is necessary, we will contact you and plan it through your refrigerator or our factory if necessary.
