Bingin showcase

Composed of 70 cm of internal capacity with an external depth of 85 to 95 cm.
The products are displayed between 70 and 90 cm in height.
We manufacture our showcases 100% by craftsmanship, adapting to the architecture of your premises. We are always prepared to adapt to the individual needs of our clients and look at each project on a case by case basis.
It consists of a glass display case on 4 sides similiar to a jewelry box. It will be possible to “close” with a sliding glass door or leave it open for self-service sale.
We can decorate it with any material so that the display case is fully integrated into your project and remains hidden, thus giving a central place to the products displayed.

Forced air cold system
Control and monitoring of the showcase via a touch screen and specific cheese software.With this level of software, our customers have more control over the system.
The software controls 5 probes as standard in each display case (6 with the spray option).
Temperature range: digital control between 1 and 15 degrees.
Humidity range:Between 65 and 85%
Humidity range with spray option:Between 80% and 95%
Ventilation: Digital fan control

For soft cheeses, a humidity control of around 85% to 95% is necessary.
Humidity control in a fully open display case is virtually impossible. Air flows are created by opening the doors, making it impossible to maintain humidity within the optimal settings for soft cheeses.
To solve this problem, you can add a nebulization system on the display case.
With our water nebulization system, even with a fully open display case, we control the humidity in the 85% to 90% range required for soft cheese.

We manufacture fiberglass using techniques from the shipbuilding industry.
We create a sandwich and laminate an iron exoskeleton inside which transforms it into a structural part.
We inject the interior with two-component high-density polyurethane. The result is a structural part without welds, joints or right angles.
For large and / or angled display cases, we transport them in different parts and perform polyester welding at the customer’s site. Once the “welding” is done, we perform a leak test and give a 10 year warranty.

Online monitoring system
The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 or 6 probes.
The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. We access the software and perform an analysis. If thanks to the software we can provide a solution, we call you to explain the intervention carried out.
If human intervention is necessary, we will contact you and plan it through your refrigerator or our factory if necessary.

5.5 inch touch pad.
Control of temperature, humidity, fan speed and status of the electronic valve.
Direct access to temperature and humidity graphs.
Fan speed control via parameters related to the electronic valve, temperature and defrost.

Nous fabriquons en fibre de verre en utilisant des techniques de l’industrie de la construction navale.
