We make 100% handcrafted display cases that adapt to the architecture of your premises.
We can decorate it with any material so that the display case is fully integrated into your project and remains hidden, thus giving a central place to the products displayed.

Under this system the control and monitoring of the showcase can be done via a touch screen and specific software by the butchers, delicatessens and caterers. The software controls 5 probes (evaporator, fans, electronic valve, air inlet and outlet)
It consists of a large load and cooling capacity, 3 independent air vents for an exposure of 102 cm and 25 cm of loading height
Evolution of the cold system by forced air. The air being more aggressive at the rear, we create a vacuum and a vacuum at the front at a speed of 0.3 m / s and recover the air at the rear at 0.2 m / s.
Fan speed control via parameters related to the electronic valve, temperature and defrost.
Thanks to better insulation of polyester and better air condition from 3 independent air vents, you get increased humidity.
520 W / F evaporator installed with an inclination of 80 degrees under the exposure.

We manufacture fiberglass using techniques from the shipbuilding industry.
We create a sandwich and laminate an iron exoskeleton inside which transforms it into a structural part.
We inject the interior with two-component high-density polyurethane. The result is a structural part without welds, joints or right angles.
For large and / or inclined display cases, we transport them in different parts and perform polyester welding at the customer’s site. Once the “welding” is done, we perform a leak test and give a 10 year warranty.

Online monitoring system
The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 probes.
The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. We access the software and perform an analysis. If thanks to the software we can provide a solution, we call you to explain the intervention carried out.
If human intervention is necessary, we will contact you and plan it through your refrigerator or our factory if necessary.
