  • The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 probes.
  • The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. We access the software and perform an analysis. If thanks to the software we can provide a solution, we call you to explain the intervention carried out.
  • If human intervention is necessary, we will contact you and plan it through your refrigerator or our factory if necessary.
