Forced Air Refrigeration System

  • Control and monitoring of the display cabinet via a touch screen and specific software for drying cabinets. The software controls 6 probes as standard in each cabinet. 5 temperature sensors (evaporator, fans, electronic valve and different cabinet heights) and a humidity sensor.
  • Temperature range: Digital control with temperature stability of + -1 degree.
  • Optimal temperature between 8 and 14 degrees
  • Humidity range: Digital control with 10% humidity stability
  • Customizable control between 60% – 90% (stability 10%)
  • Ventilation: digital fan control to create alternating air currents

Fiberglass construction

  • We manufacture fiberglass using techniques from the shipbuilding industry. We create a sandwich and laminate an iron exoskeleton inside.
  • We inject the interior with two-component high-density polyurethane. The result is a structural part without welds, joints or right angles.

Temperature and Humidity Control

  • Online monitoring system
  • The showcase is connected to the technical service of Cruz Cool Tech and we monitor it via 5 probes.
  • The software performs continuous mapping and in the event of an anomaly sends an alarm to our technical service. We access the software and perform an analysis. If thanks to the software we can provide a solution, we call you to explain the intervention carried out.
  • If human intervention is necessary, we will contact you and plan it through your refrigerator or our factory if necessary.

  • 5.5 inch touch pad.
  • Control of temperature, humidity, fan speed and status of the electronic valve.
  • Direct access to temperature and humidity graphs.
  • Fan speed control via parameters related to the electronic valve, temperature and defrost.
